Out and About Two

I've started keeping a bottle of sunscreen in my car console - what a good idea is that in California and other places where we have sunshine most of the year! It makes it easy to reapply through the day, and if it's easy, we do it. If it's not easy, we usually don't. So much for the discipline of our routines... We all like to have maximum benefits with minimum effort, and that's possible if you follow a great regimen. Like getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, and using sunscreen all of the time.
